2. Eligibility Requirements
Access to xbjj is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. xbjj reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use xbjj. This requirement is absolute. xbjj employs age verification procedures at registration and at any subsequent point deemed necessary. Any account registered by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds may be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. If you are under 21, do not attempt to register.
📍Geographic Eligibility
xbjj is designed for and primarily marketed to players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using xbjj is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players must not access xbjj from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
👤One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one registered account on xbjj. Creating multiple accounts under the same or different personal details is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xbjj reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any winnings or bonuses, and permanently ban the player from the platform.
3. Account Registration & Verification

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
xbjj supports Bangladesh-native payment methods for all deposit and withdrawal transactions. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all financial activity on the platform.

Deposits are subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per transaction
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved Bangladesh bank transfers
- Mobile wallet deposits credit to your account in real time; bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes
- All deposited funds must be used for wagering purposes; xbjj is not a money transfer or storage service

5. Bonuses & Promotions
xbjj offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms in this section and any additional terms published with each specific promotion. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on xbjj unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless a promotion explicitly allows otherwise
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn — the specific rollover amount is stated in each promotion's individual terms
- xbjj reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice
- Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash unless wagering requirements are satisfied, and have no monetary value until released
🔁Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a ৳1,000 welcome bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets using that bonus before winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements vary by promotion. Cricket betting, slots, and live casino games may contribute at different rates — specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
6. Responsible Gaming & Account Closure
xbjj is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players free of charge.

🚪Account Closure
You may request to close your xbjj account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unreleased bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Accounts under active investigation for fraud, bonus abuse, or other policy violations may not be immediately closed pending resolution.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xbjj. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and a permanent ban from the platform. In serious cases xbjj reserves the right to report matters to relevant authorities.

- Registering more than one account, or registering using false, incomplete, or another person's identity information
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner
- Colluding with other players or exploiting technical errors, glitches, or loopholes in the platform's games or systems for financial gain
- Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit on the platform, or using the platform in any manner that constitutes money laundering
- Attempting to abuse the bonus system by registering multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim geo-restricted promotions, or any other form of bonus fraud
xbjj employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activity will not receive advance warning before action is taken.
8. Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability

⚠️Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbjj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. xbjj's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
🔧Service Availability
xbjj aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond xbjj's reasonable control. xbjj is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime or service interruption.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. xbjj encourages players to resolve any disputes through the platform's customer support channel in the first instance before pursuing any formal legal process.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your xbjj account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other platform-related matter, please contact xbjj support at [email protected] in the first instance. xbjj aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to resolve them within 7 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the support channel, you may pursue any remedies available under applicable law.
